Entry to the promotion is open to Cayman Islands residents who fulfil the method of entry requirements. Entrants must be 18 years or over to enter the promotion.

Details of prizes

Referees will receive $5 credit on their account for any new customers that sign up and shop with Clean Gas during the promotion period. New customers must mention the referee’s name in order to be eligible.

Referees will receive $5 credit on their account for all new customers that sign up with Clean Gas, $5 per customer.

As a member of Clean Gas’s Refer-a-Friend Program (a “Referrer”), you are subject to following the below Terms & Conditions for Clean Gas’s Refer-a-Friend Program:

  • Qualified Referral. Referrers will receive a one-time $5 CI credit on their Clean Gas account for every NEW customer who signs up to Clean Gas and makes a purchase within the promotion period. A Qualified Referral is defined as a first purchase made at www.cleangas.ky, by a person or via phone (a “Referred Customer"). As a Referrer, you are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.
  • Referred Customer. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). The Referred Customer must complete an order on www.cleangas.ky, by person or phone and must not shopped at Clean Gas before to earn Referral Credits.
  • Referral Discounts. For each Qualified Referral, the Referred Customer will receive a one-time $5 credit on his/her Clean Gas account. Referral credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used on previous purchases. Each individual Referrer can only obtain a maximum of 20 Qualified Referrals.
  • Eligibility. Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Refer-a-Friend Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation and posted on discount sites.
  • Right to Close Accounts. Clean Gas reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Clean Gas Refer-a-Friend program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. Clean Gas reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed Referral Credits will be forfeited at that time.
